Refund policy

At HiGHLY Select'D, every item is created and packaged with care. Because many of our products are printed materials and limited-run releases, we keep our return policy simple and transparent.

Coloring Books & Printed Materials
All coloring book sales are considered final. Due to the nature of printed products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on coloring books once they have been delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right. Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Apparel & Other Eligible Items
Requests for returns or refunds on eligible merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging intact. Once approved, instructions for return will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

• Coloring books and printed materials (unless damaged/defective)

• Final sale or limited edition drops

• Items returned after the 5-day window

Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for processing once your return is received and inspected.
