Shipping policy

We ship with care and intention. Every order is packed and sent from a small independent operation, so please allow a short window for processing.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. During new releases or high volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time
Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Once your order leaves our hands, transit times are controlled by the shipping provider.

Tracking
If tracking is provided, you will receive it once your order has shipped so you can follow its delivery.

Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delays are out of our control. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first to open a claim.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo so we can review and make it right.
